By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
My Process
Initial layout and pose approval.
Base color checking and minor tweaks.
Polishing, lighting, and final adjustments.
Payment & Methods
Work begins only after 100% full payment (or an agreed 50/50 milestone payment for larger projects) has cleared.
All listed prices on the website are in USD (CLP via bank transfer available upon request).
Revisions Policy
Up to 2 free minor revisions are included during the sketch phase. Any additional revisions will incur a $5 USD fee each.
Major changes requested after sketch approval (such as redrawing the pose, changing outfits, or adding elements) will incur an additional fee (20% to 50% of the base price).
Turnaround Time & Delivery
Standard completion time is 1 to 3 weeks per piece, depending on complexity and queue order. You will be notified of any unforeseen delays.
High-resolution digital files (PNG format, 300 DPI) sent via email or cloud link, including:
-Full rendered illustration with background.
-Transparent background version (character only).
Copyright & Usage Rights
All commissions are exclusively for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., social media avatars, wallpapers, prints for personal display). Reselling, minting as NFTs, or using artwork in AI/machine-learning training datasets is strictly prohibited.
Promotional use for VTubers, streamers, and content creators is permitted with prior notice, as long as credit is given. I will not tolerate hate speech, bullying, or harassment associated with my work.
I retain copyright ownership and reserve the right to display the finished work in my portfolio, artbooks, and social media channels (crediting the client).
Cancellations & Refunds
If you do not approve the sketch phase and wish to cancel, you will receive a refund minus a $15 USD sketch fee.
No refunds will be issued once the lineart/coloring phase has begun.
If I am unable to complete your commission due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% full refund.

Anthro / Furry / Kemono / Humanoid & Human characters
NSFW, Artistic Nudity & Suggestive / Pin-up themes (18+ only)
Light to moderate action / stylized combat
Sci-Fi, fantasy themes, and character design sheets
✗ I WILL NOT DRAW (Don't):
Any NSFW, sexualization, or suggestive content involving minors / underage characters / children (Strict Zero Tolerance)
Extreme / grotesque gore, torture, or self-harm
Hate speech, harassment, discriminatory or non-consensual graphic themes
Hyper-detailed complex machinery / realistic heavy mecha
